Questions on Thermal Processes, Physics GCSE,IGCSE,Secondary
Thermal processes refer to the manner in which a state of a system can change from an initial state to a final state1. In thermodynamics, it is helpful to divide up processes as either quasi-static or non-quasi-static1. Quasi-static processes are those that occur infinitely slowly so that the system remains in equilibrium at all times1. Non-quasi-static processes are those that occur rapidly and do not allow the system to remain in equilibrium at all times1.
